The network, from the first visit until after the purchase
Buying a house is one part. Then come authorities, plans, tradespeople and a garden, in a foreign language and far from home. For each of these steps, Simona knows the right people.
Viewing
Simona puts together a selection and shows it to you on a tour. Along the way you also see the area, the villages and the roads.
Geometra
Before you decide, a geometra from the region looks at the house, the plans and the permits. Simona puts you in touch.
Documents and authorities
We translate, explain every document and are at your side at appointments with the municipality and authorities.
Architect
If you want to convert or extend, an architect from the region who knows the local procedures plans it with you.
Tradespeople
Tradespeople Simona works with. We are on site when you are not, and keep you up to date.
Garden, maintenance and letting
We are there after you move in too: for the garden and maintenance and, if you wish, for letting when you are not here.

How can this work if I live abroad?
You don't have to be here all the time. We are on site, keep in touch with the geometra, architect and tradespeople and talk to you in German or Italian. You come for the important appointments, and we take care of everything in between.
Do I need to speak Italian?
No. Simona speaks German and Italian, translates at appointments and takes the time to explain every document to you.
Am I on my own after the purchase?
No. That is exactly when it matters who you know on site. Tradespeople, garden or rentals: with our individually agreed aftercare service we remain your contact on request.
Can I also buy a house that still needs work?
Yes. That is when the network matters most. A geometra checks beforehand what is possible, and an architect and tradespeople from the region take on the renovation.
